The Committee on Government Organization moved to amend the bill on page 3, section 4-2-3, line 31,

by striking out subsection (c) in its entirety and inserting in lieu thereof the following:

“(c) A copy of each report of audit when completed and certified shall be filed in the office of the Department of Finance and Administration as a public record and a copy shall be filed with the Attorney General for any action he or she may consider necessary.”;

On page 5, section 4-10-3, line 7, after the word “Delegates”, by inserting the words “or by recommendation of the joint standing committee”;

On page 8, section 4-10-7, line 5, after the word “Delegates”, by inserting the words “or by recommendation of the joint standing committee”;

And,

On page 11, section 4-10-10, line 27, after the word “Delegates”, by inserting the words “or by recommendation of the joint standing committee”.
